OUR ROOMS
Our eco-sustainable farmhouse is decorated with recycled materials while our breakfasts are made exclusively with homemade ingredients. Each of our seven fully equipped rooms is uniquely furnished and painted, allowing our guests to immerse themselves in this beautiful corner of Veneto framed by the mountains and the sea.
Originally designed as a farm, our location offers an expansive garden suitable for families with children as well as for dogs and other animals. It also hosts a small playground where children activities can be held and a relax area for our guests’ well-being. We also offer a complimentary bike rental service to explore the surroundings, halfway between the towns of Treviso and Conegliano.

Agriturismo da Zeffi is located in Spresiano, a small town just a short distance from Treviso and Conegliano and slightly further from Venice and the sea. Originally designed as a farm, our premises are surrounded by lush vineyards and very close to the renowned Colline del Prosecco di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
